Every Sam & Louie’s pizza is made with a thin crust that is hand-tossed and stretched to create the familiar size, shape and taste that New York pizzas are famous for, with over 35 fresh and delicious toppings to choose from. It all started with family in 1994 as a small family run pizzeria in Omaha, NE. With each new store opening, a new community joined the Sam and Louie’s family. Our passion towards the success and growth of the communities we are in has become just as strong as our passion for pizza.

From our signature sauce, to our perfectly blended cheese, we use the finest ingredients to create our menu selections. Made fresh daily, our secret seasoning recipe creates a traditional, sweet, New York style sauce. We use 100% California vine-ripened and sun-nurtured tomatoes, packed fresh at the peak of growing season. Dough map from top quality, high gluten flour combined with our own blend of ingredients is aged for 24 hours, then hand tossed to create a New York style crust. Our vegetables are fresh, never frozen and our meat pizza toppings are perfectly seasoned.
